Good condition, but has traces from ball pen on cover.
Buyer pays 5 US$ for postage everywhere.

For EU countries: bank transfer to Germany is the same as charges for domestic bank transfer.
Certainly, 10 US$ addition for transfer from EU to Germany is not required.
